Enabling the Manager Panel
The Manager Panel requires a Team or Enterprise plan and the manager_panel feature flag enabled for your account.
- 1Your organisation admin enables the manager_panel feature in the Admin → Features panel.
- 2Your account is assigned the Manager role in Admin → Users.
- 3Restart DevBar — a new Manager tab appears in the main window.

Members
See each engineer's open PRs, assigned issues, and recent commit activity at a glance.
Workload
A heatmap showing who has too many in-progress items and who has capacity.
Bottlenecks
Items that have been in the same state for more than 3 days are highlighted as potential blockers.

Engineering metrics drawn from your connected platforms.
DORA Metrics
Deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, and time to restore — computed from GitHub/GitLab and your CI data.
Sprint Progress
Burndown chart and story-point completion rate for the active sprint in Jira or Linear.
Incident Trend
PagerDuty incident volume over the past 30 days with MTTR annotation.
Decisions Tab
Risk Dashboard
Open issues and PRs flagged as high priority, stale, or security-related across all platforms.
1:1 Prep
