Keyboard Shortcuts

Navigate DevBar without touching the mouse.

Press ? inside DevBar at any time to show the interactive hints overlay.

Customising the Global Hotkey

The default global hotkey is ⌥Space. To change it:

1Open DevBar → Settings → General.
2Click the field next to "Global Hotkey".
3Press the key combination you want to use.
4Click Save.

Note: macOS requires Accessibility permission for global hotkeys. DevBar prompts for this on first use. You can grant it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.

Mark-as-Read Gestures

DevBar supports three mark-as-read methods, configurable per platform in Settings → General → Mark as Read:

1Hover button (default): a checkmark button appears when you hover over a row
2E key: press E while hovering to mark as read
3Space key: press Space while hovering to mark as read
4Double-click: double-click any row to toggle read/unread
