Keyboard Shortcuts
Navigate DevBar without touching the mouse.

| Esc | Close the command palette or dismiss an overlay |

| ⌥Space | Show / hide DevBar from anywhere (opt-in global hotkey) |
Enabling the Global Hotkey
The global hotkey is off by default and fixed to ⌥Space. To turn it on:
- 1Open DevBar → Settings → General.
- 2Switch on "Global Hotkey".
- 3Grant Accessibility permission when macOS asks.
Note: macOS requires Accessibility permission for global hotkeys. You can grant it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
Mark-as-Read Gestures
Choose one gesture in Settings → General → Mark as Read:
- 1Hover button (default): a checkmark button appears when you hover over a row
- 2E key: press E while hovering to mark as read
- 3Space key: press Space while hovering to mark as read
- 4Double-click: double-click any row to mark it as read
